About Taxfold

Taxfold is a receipt and expense log for iPhone, made by Opal Harmony P.C., a small software company in Greece. Taxfold is in development and is not on the App Store yet.

Why local-only

A box of receipts is a record of where you shop, what you earn from and who you work with. Taxfold keeps that record on your phone: there is no account to create, no server that holds a copy and no bank connection. When you need the receipts somewhere else, you export them yourself. The privacy page says exactly what the app and this website collect.

The guides

The guides on this site explain how to keep, organize and hand over receipts and expense records. They are signed by the Taxfold team at Opal Harmony P.C., which builds the app. A person on the team reviews every page before it is published. How we write the guides describes the process, including where AI tools are used.

The guides are general information, not tax, legal or accounting advice. Tax rules differ by country and change over time; check anything you rely on with your tax authority or an accountant.
